Our terms and conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and rights governing our services, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship between Sharp Traders and our valued clients.
The Client, desiring to invest in the Company's investment programs, acknowledges the inherent risks associated with investments and wishes to secure their investment by means of a security cheque.
The Client agrees to invest a specific amount, per the mutually agreed upon terms, in the Company's investment programs.
The Cheque will only be invoked by the Company under the following circumstances:
In the event of invoking the Cheque, the client is authorized to redeem the Cheque as compensation for any unmet obligations or unanswered queries. The redemption amount shall not exceed the total investment amount made by the Client.
Either Party has the right to terminate this Agreement by providing notice 15 days before the termination of the agreement to the other Party.
In such cases, the Company shall return any unused Cheques to the Client within a reasonable timeframe.
Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
The client can’t use the cheque if these conditions are not fulfilled If the client uses this cheque for any other reason that is not stated in the agreement so company can take legal action against the client and moreover company can also revoke the investment invested by the client.
The Client acknowledges and understands the inherent risks associated with investments. This Agreement does not eliminate or mitigate these risks, and the Company shall not be held liable for market fluctuations or unforeseen events affecting the investment.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ludhiana only. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana only.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
